A DAY centre for older people in the borough is making preparations for its annual summer event.
Wade day care centre promises plenty of stalls, raffles and tombolas, with toys, face painting and refreshments, at its summer fair.
Proceeds will go to the Wade day care centre.
The event will take place at the day centre on Reading Road, on Saturday, June 22.
Doors will be open from 11am until 2pm, and entry costs £1 for adults, and is free for children.
The charity offers lunches, activities and services for older people in the borough, with opportunities to join a community of friends.
