WOKINGHAM Borough Council is letting residents know when they can access its help and support over the Christmas holidays.
Its council offices at Shute End in Wokingham will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
At other times over the festive period, some services will have reduced opening hours and may take longer to respond.

People needing urgent help when the offices are closed, can use the following numbers to reach the right service.

Council property general repairs: 0800 515 287
Council property heating repairs and gas servicing: 0800 389 8789
Calls will be managed by the council’s out of hours call centre and passed to the appropriate contractor.
