Wokingham town council has launched a search for a suitably qualified organisation to organise its annual Party in the Park for 2026.
The event will take place at Elms Field in the town on Saturday, June 6, 2026.
The estimated value of the contract is £77,400, and the winning bidder will be required to take care of all aspects of the event, including staging, light and sound, power, security, first aid and welfare provision, performers, marketing, and more.
