The Wokingham South neighbourhood team of Thames Valley Police, with assistance from the North Team, have successfully obtained a full closure order for a property in Norreys.
Thames Valley Police conducted a Section 23 Misuse of Drugs Act warrant on an address in Longs Way, Wokingham last Friday following reports from the community of anti-social behaviour, drug dealing, and criminality on a regular basis.
Several persons were detained inside, and one male was arrested for being concerned in the Supply of Drugs Class A, as well as outstanding shoplifting matters.
Several exhibits were seized from the address, and an Emergency Closure Order was authorised to protect the vulnerable resident.
A male, aged 36 was interviewed and bailed with conditions for all offences whilst further enquiries are ongoing.
A full closure order at the address was authorised for three months.
