Sarah Davies, who leads the management of two Crowthorne-based care and supported living services has been awarded the Manager Award at the prestigious National Learning Disabilities and Autism Awards.
The services, run by Hightown Housing Association, support individuals with profound and multiple learning disabilities, providing vital care to people with diverse and complex needs.
The judges praised Sarah for her expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and unwavering commitment to person-centred support.
She was selected as the winner from a short-list of 12 finalists competing for the top spot.
Sarah received her award in front of hundreds of attendees in Birmingham earlier this month, presented by celebrity Peter Andre, known for his successful music and television career.
The judges said: ““Sarah consistently places the people she supports at the heart of every decision and even organises an annual music festival to bring the community together.
“Her impact is profound — not only on those she supports but also on her own team, who see her as an exceptional role model both in and out of work.”
Sarah was nominated by her manager at Hightown Housing Association for her outstanding dedication..
