TWELVE brave cyclists are getting on their bikes to help two Wokingham charities.
They plan to ride 225 miles to the town’s French twin Viry-Châtillon in just three days.
The riders set off on Thursday, June 21 from Howard Palmer Gardens and will cycle to Portsmouth where they will take an overnight ferry to Le Havre.
From there they travel to Evreux before reaching their destination just south of Paris the following day.
Money raised from the trip will be shared between The Link Visiting Scheme and The Diana Camidge Foundation which supports research into CJD.
