Caravan – Ready or Not
This legendary band headlined Wokingham Festival and showed that they were as good as ever. It could be argued that they were actually better than ever as their latest lineup, combining band members who had been there since the 1970s with newer members, had a vibrancy and excitement that was stunning.
As well as material from their classic albums the band also performed a few from their recent 2021 album, It’s None of Your Business which features the current lineup.
It shows that the band can still create great new music.

Wishbone Ash – Blowin’ Free
Martin Turner, ex-Wishbone Ash, has played some brilliant shows at Wokingham Music Club in the past and he returns on Friday, September 15.
That’s a great excuse to listen to this classic again from their seminal Argus album.
Their tour celebrates the 50th Anniversary of their Live Dates album which also includes a live version of this song – https://www.martinturnermusic.com/
Selina and the Howlin Dogs – Midnight Man
It’s great to have a current local band such as Selina and the Howlin Dogs playing a modern classic rock style.
This locally based blues rock band has been increasing their reputation with their live shows and the release of their excellent single Woman earlier this year.
They have just released a brand new album, Biscuit City.
