AS NIGHT temperatures fall, and energy prices rise, residents of Wokingham borough are invited to attend drop-in sessions to help keep their homes warm in winter.
Wokingham Borough Council has been running Warm Homes sessions at local libraries, and has announced some further dates.
Warm Homes allows residents to speak to experts in-person about practical topics such as how to insulate their home, save energy, and reduce bills.
There is also the opportunity to ask about thermal imaging cameras, which are available for loan from all Wokingham Borough libraries.
These phone-compatible gadgets help identify areas of heat loss in the home.
Sessions will take place at:
Woodley library on Tuesday, November 18,
Lower Earley library on Monday, December 8,
Twyford library On Friday, January 9,
Spencers Wood library on Thursday, January 20, and
at Finchampstead library on Friday, January 21.
All sessions are from 10am until noon.
