A SEWING workshop at Eco Skills Learning Centre offers fun for everyone, while teaching useful textile skills.
The Textile Club is for anyone who would like to learn to sew or to improve their sewing skills.
“As always, we will be using donated fabrics,” said Eco Skills founder Billie Bachra.
“And we’ll be using the seven sewing machines that have been kindly donated to us.”
Each month the club tackles a different sewing challenge, with experts on hand to help participants.
This month they will be making zipped cushions.
“We realise that a lot of adults would like to learn to sew, so the club is open to anyone who would like to pick up these new skills, not only parents and children.”
The Textile Club takes place monthly at the Eco Skills Learning Centre, Pudding Lane, Arborfield.
The next session can be joined on Thursday, February 19, from 6pm until 8pm.
