A FESTIVAL of food and music will take place in Bracknell this month.
Hosted by South Hill Park Arts Centre, the weekend event promises tasty food, great vibes and live music.
Organisers say people will be able to enjoy food and drink stalls, children’s activities, and a feel-good weekend for everyone.
Puppetry performances, crafts and community stalls, face painting, a play centre, an inflatable slide, and rides for children will all be available.
Headline acts will pay tribute to Queen and Elton John.
A Kind of Magic, a Freddie Mercury tribute, will be hosted by Paul Toulson on Saturday.
Featuring Queen hits sung in the original key, and with dazzling costumes, it promises to be a very lively and entertaining show.
And on Sunday, a collection of Elton John numbers will be hosted by Fonda.
The Elton John tribute will be performed by look-alike and tribute artist, Ray Johnson.
Featuring all of Elton’s classic hits, it included various replica costume changes, showing Elton at his flamboyant best.
The event will take place at South Hill Park Arts Centre, on Saturday, June 22, and Sunday, June 22.
Gates are open from noon until 6pm on both days.
In their efforts to make the festival greener this year they are asking visitors to the event to take their rubbish home with them or use the bins provided.
Parking at the arts centre is limited, and can be booked in advance for £5 per car, or £10 on the day.
