AN EVENT in Twyford will bring families together for alspectacular night of music, Light, and community giving.
Twyford Round Table’s Bonfire & Fireworks evening will entertain while raising money for charity.
“This event is more than just fireworks,” said a spokesperson from Twyford Round Table.
“It’s about celebrating community, music, and giving back — every ticket, burger, and glowstick helps support vital causes.”
The theme of this year’s display is Celebrating Through the Decades.
The event promises a dazzling fireworks display choreographed to music from the 1950s through to the 2020s.
Organisers say it will be a nostalgic journey through time that will light up the skies and bring the community together.
Event Highlights Include:
A professionally choreographed fireworks show set to music
Traditional bonfire lighting
Pelham’s Funfair with rides and games
Gourmet BBQ and food stalls supporting local scouts
A licensed bar with beers, ales, wine, and gin and tonic
Hot drinks, cakes, and glowsticks
The popular event will take place on King George V Recreation Ground in Twyford, on Saturday, October 25.
Gates open at 6.30pm, with the bonfire lighting at 7.30pm, followed by fireworks from 8pm.
The event will finish at 10.30pm.
Advance tickets online cost £7, or £4 for seniors and for children aged 12 to 16, and £2 for under 12s.
Prices will increase on the day so early booking is encouraged.
All proceeds will go directly to local and national charities.
The event is sponsored by Wentworth Estate Agents Twyford, with support from local volunteers and businesses.
