The owner of a semi-detached house in Woodley has won approval to add substantial extensions to the home and convert the garage into habitable accommodation.
The house in Arundel Road currently has two bedrooms, a bathroom upstairs and a side extension with a garage and a bathroom at ground level.
Extensions and changes will create a new living room to replace the garage, a rear dining room and, upstairs, a new master bedroom.
All three bedrooms will have space for double beds after the project was approved by Wokingham Borough Council’s planning department.
