From annex to Paris- A Berkshire consultancy group celebrates its 25th anniversary with a view of the Eiffel Tower.

Berkshire Consultancy celebrate their 25th business anniversary this year.

Business consultants who launched their initiative in the annex of a house have celebrated the growth of their company 25 years on.

Berkshire Consultancy – an advice organisation offering support on topics such as team development, diversity, and cost reduction – was founded by three individuals in 1994.

The Wokingham-based company has a focus on understanding businesses and working with them to improve their services.

Its clients include Nationwide, Hitachi, the House of Commons, and Cardiff University.

Project coordinator for Berkshire Consultancy Natasha Norris said: “Berkshire is very much a supportive team who have encouraged me to play to my strengths.”

Ms Norris who has nine years of experience in the company added: “I most enjoy being able to be passionate about what I do and being part of team that want to make a positive difference. I love the inclusivity, honesty and fun atmosphere’

And the award-winning team have not been shy to celebrate their successes in style. The group recently took a trip to Paris to toast to their achievements with views of the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, and a cruise on the River Seine.
