A CHANCE to watch the Grand National on a big screen is being offered by a local day centre for the elderly.
WADE, on Wokingham’s Reading Road, is opening its doors from 12.30pm on Saturday to welcome people who want to see the big race with a group of like-minded people.
There will be a tote and bookmaker on hand, as well as a raffle, an auction, a bar and afternoon tea and cakes.
Six other races will be screened and the £15 entry fee includes lunch.
Free parking will be available at the Masonic Centre opposite.
