Hundreds of residents turned out to learn more about the south Wokingham developments at a council-organised drop-in session.
The event, at St Sebastian’s memorial hall, gave members of the public the opportunity to ask questions to developers and contractors about the plans for homes, roads and leisure facilities in the area.
Several residents who spoke to Wokingham Today expressed their thanks for the event, as it gave them the opportunity to ask specific questions, and get immediate answers to their concerns.
Developers also expressed their thanks for the event, will gave them additional opportunities to interact with local residents and to explain the plans for the area in more detail.
