This Thursday, James Taylor’s lecture to The Arts Society, Wokingham will explore a different thrust in the story of Exploration.
James, a former curator and co-ordinator at the National Maritime Museum he is uniquely qualified to reflect on the work of the official artists who travelled with Captain Cook on his voyages of discovery.
The lecture ‘Captain Cook and the Art of Exploration’ will take place at Newbold College, St Marks Road, Binfield, RG42 4AN beginning at 7.45pm on Thursday, March 28.
