FAMILIES looking for fun and games while choosing spring plants for the garden, can visit a borough horticultural store this Easter.
Winnersh Garden Centre will be celebrating the holidays with activities and games, and a chance to meet the Easter Bunny.
Greg Hutler, centre manager at Winnersh Garden Centre, said: “This Easter weekend promises fun for all ages, so gather your family and friends and head down to the store.
“Don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity to celebrate Easter in style while supporting a local cause.”
Families will be able to take photos of their youngsters with the Easter Bunny throughout the weekend.
Children will also be able to play Find the Bunnies, by following a trail around the garden centre to locate hidden bunnies scattered throughout the store and plant area.
And a competitive game with confectionery called Splat The Malteser will be available for all-age fun.
All donations collected during the celebrations will go to the Reading Maiden Erlegh Rotary Club, to support local community projects.
The fun begins on Good Friday, April 18, continuing on Saturday, April 19, and Easter Monday, April 21.
Doors are open from 9am until 5.30pm.
The store will be closed on Sunday, April 20.
