Another plot of woodland in Barkham is set to come under the hammer at a property auction this week.
Barney Estates and Auctioneers will hold the online auction on Thursday, having also sold other plots in the same location in November 2023.
This auction for the 0.8 acre site is believed to be at least the fifth such auction for freehold land off Sandy Land in Barkham within the past 12 months.
The auction catalogue describes the plot as being in “.. an idyllic location on the fringes of Wokingham and Barkham, with easy access into Winnersh via Bearwood Road and into Wokingham via Barkham Road.

The guide price for the lot is £80,000.
