Wokingham’s most and least expensive streets have been revealed in new analysis of sold house price data.
Professional fast sales company Property Solvers has tracked average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2020 to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located across the Wokingham postcodes.
On Hollybush Ride in Finchampstead, three properties sold for an average of £1,746,666.
South Drive saw three properties sell for an average of £1,717,333, and Southlands Road saw five properties sell for an average of £1,518,400.
Some of the cheapest streets revealed by the analysis included Spooner Place – where four properties sold for an average of £168,750, Landen Court – where seven properties sold for an average of £169,714, and Queens Road – where three properties sold for an average of £174,750.
Commenting on the data, Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: “To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.”
“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on South Drive sold for £2,900,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £118,000 and under, on William Heelas Way and Acorn Drive.”
