Finchampstead resident Susan Cornish recently scooped a £250 prize in the Wokingham borough community lottery, and she couldn’t be happier.
“I’m pleased to take part in the Wokingham borough community lottery, which I think is a great way to raise money for local charities.
“I’m even more pleased to have won! I’ll be putting my winnings towards a holiday to visit family in Australia,” said Susan.
Susan chose to support The Link Visiting Scheme, a charity dedicated to reducing loneliness and isolation among older people.
