Both in terms of the overall service we provide, but also on a client-by-client basis. Our  CareGivers are matched with clients, and we work hard to ensure continuity and consistency within the teams that support each client. To win this prestigious award once again in 2023 is really great validation  that we are on the right tracks.”

It is very humbling to get such great feedback again this year from the  team about how they feel working with Right at Home in the Wokingham and Reading areas – and great that  WorkBuzz recognize the great work we all do in the area. The continued excellent feedback from our clients  and their families is really heart-warming and hugely rewarding for all my team. To be recognised for a 5th year in a row as one of the Top20 providers in the South East of England gives us confidence that our  approach of being the best employer we can be really does translate into better care for our amazing  clients”.

Kevin Lancaster, Managing Director, commenting on the significance of the awards, added:  “As we grow our team, so more of our community can experience quality care and support ‘right at home’,  we think it’s important for jobseekers – whether experienced carers looking for a refreshing change, or  people new to caring as a profession – to be able to research the kind of company they’d most like to join.  The validation of surveys like this, together with the awards we continue to win for the care we provide, are a  great source of information for them.”
