A GROUP of green fingered gardeners will be showing the fruits and flowers of their labours this month.
With this being the best month for UK gardens, Wokingham Horticultural Society’s Summer Show should be filled with floral scents and brightly coloured blooms.
Competition classes include: flowers, vegetables, fruit, preserves and baking, handicrafts, photography, flower arrangement, new exhibitors, and young exhibitors.
To see the show people should make their way to St Paul’s Parish Rooms, Reading Road, on Saturday, June 22.
The event is open from 2pm until 4pm.
Admission costs £2, but is free for children.
