Three-way traffic lights have been installed on the Tesco roundabout, but the superstore remains open and accessible from the Wokingham side of Finchampstead Road.
Wokingham borough council’s partners at Balfour Beatty are running temporary traffic lights. They’ll be in place while a new crossing is installed as part of the south Wokingham distributor road project.
The store is open as usual though there may be some delays. Wokingham borough council has apologised for any inconvenience while it carries out these necessary works.
The ongoing works at the junction of Molly Millars Lane are part of the same project, which will create access to planned new homes and amenities.
