Frasers Property UK has completed two deals at Winnersh Triangle, welcoming Sage and FLB Accountants to the business park.
Sage, a financial and HR solutions company for small- and medium-sized businesses, has relocated to Winnersh Triangle. It has taken 20,000 sq f. of office space at Building 1180.
FLB Accountants has taken up a new lease with 20,000 sq ft of additional office space in the 1010 building. It provides services to all sectors, with a strong media, entertainment, technology and communications focus, and is a core occupier in Winnersh Triangle’s growing film and media cluster that is also home to Winnersh Film Studios.
Over the past three years, Frasers Property invested £6.8 million into Winnersh Triangle as part of its ‘Reworking Winnersh’ project, which has seen the opening of three health-conscious cafes, a 17,000 sq ft strength and conditioning gym, wellness studio, and a multi-purpose outdoor sports pitch.
The project is focused on making Winnersh Triangle an enticing place to work, supporting occupiers in their efforts to attract the best talent thanks to a high-quality working environment.
Neil Usher, vice president of Places at Sage, said: “One of the hallmarks of Sage’s culture is our ‘Flexible Human Work’ model, that allows our colleagues to come together in ways that balance team and business needs – all in spaces that are equipped to foster connection and productivity.
“As Sage grows, we were looking for new and innovative ways to enhance our colleague experience and build on our great culture, and we’re pleased that our new offices at Winnersh Triangle will enable us to achieve that goal.”
Gary Bell of FLB Accountants, added: “We’ve been at Winnersh Triangle since 2018, and as our business has rapidly grown, our requirements have evolved.
“With the excellent facilities, transport links, and proximity to world-class creative tech hubs for the film and TV industry, we are committed to remaining at the park.“
Rupert Batho, commercial director at Frasers Property UK, said: “Both transactions are an endorsement of Winnersh Triangle’s reputation as a dynamic and vibrant economic area.“
