A Winnersh company has launched an AI tool that is set to shape the future of media training.
Media First, based in Winnersh Fields, has joined forces with Yoodli to create a tool that gives people the opportunity to develop and improve their skills with realistic AI-powered role plays whenever they need them.
The tool – named Thirty Seven – can help people give better presentations and media interviews, build leadership and management skills, deliver better coaching sessions and improve customer service and sales calls.
James White, Media First’s CEO, said: “Media First is probably one of Winnersh’s best-kept secrets.
“Tucked away in a business park, we work with some of the UK’s leading and best-known brands – including 40 of the FTSE 100 – to help them improve their communication.
“Our new AI companion uses cutting-edge generative AI technology to take that training to the next level.
“It fills the gap between training courses, and having the opportunity to put new skills and knowledge to the test.”
As well as the expertise of Media First, Thirty Seven is also powered by The BCF Group, a company that has been delivering leadership and management training and business coaching courses for the past 25 years.
James added: “The BCF Group is Media First’s sister company and delivers training from our studios in Winnersh and its offices in Nottingham.
“Bringing its expertise into Thirty Seven means our AI is powered by around 65 years of unrivalled training experience – that’s a lot of knowledge and insight at your fingertips.
“It is the perfect way for delegates to keep learning, developing and building their confidence outside of the training room so they continually become better managers and coaches.
“And its analytics and insights also enable learning and development teams to facilitate more tailored and personalised future training programmes.”
