A GROUP of Wokingham creatives will welcome their first in-person demonstrator of the year.
Artist Kevin Scully will present a live session on how to paint landscapes with acrylics, to members of Wokingham Art Society.
On the third Tuesday of each month the group is able to enjoy art demonstrations given by professional-level artists from all over the country.
Some are presented online, while others, like Kevin, demonstrate in person.
Members of the society paint together on Monday afternoons at The Cornerstone, Norreys, can participate in occasional weekend workshops, and display their work annually in a two-week long rolling Summer Art Exhibition at St Paul’s Parish Rooms, Wokingham.
Kevin Scully will demonstrate his work with acrylics at The Bradbury Cente, Peach Place, Wokingham, on Tuesday, April 21 from 7.30pm until 9.30pm.
All are welcome, and the group says they would love to see new faces at the session.
Booking is not necessary; people can turn up and pay on the door.
Members’ tickets cost £3, visitor tickets cost £5.
