A bar in Wokingham has reopened after undergoing a refurbishment, marking a new chapter under its existing owners and management.
Saviour Bar Wokingham, previously known as Sit and Sip Wokingham, has returned with a redesigned interior while retaining the same team and menu. Customers can continue to choose from a range of cocktails, craft beers, wines and coffee.
The refurbishment has focused on changes to the layout and atmosphere of the venue. Warmer colours, new lighting and added texture have been introduced throughout the space.
Several structural elements have been removed or replaced, including floor-to-ceiling units and narrow booth seating, which have been substituted with wider seating, movable tables and additional high tables aimed at creating a more sociable setting. A new high booth seating area has also been added.

Behind the bar, an extra service station has been installed to improve efficiency, and the coffee machine has been repositioned to open up the space. Other changes include the removal of a large pier near the lounge area, the addition of extra seating and the replacement of older furniture.
Curtains have been fitted at the entrance to help keep out cold air, while updates have also been made to the outdoor area, including new umbrellas, heaters and decorative lighting.
The bar is now open to customers following the completion of the work.
