Veteran striker Andy Carroll, once of Reading FC, has revealed his new club in England having left France this summer.
Carroll spent two seasons playing in France after departing the Royals, one for Amiens before he then joined fourth division Bordeaux.
The former England international has now joined Dagenham & Redbridge who play in the sixth tier of English football.
The 36-year-old had two spells with Reading and first joined in 2021 on a short term deal under Veljko Paunovic.
Following a short stint with West Brom, he returned to Reading under Paul Ince in 2022.
He scored a total of 11 league goals during his two spells in Berkshire before he left the club to join Amiens in 2023.
The striker, who was once bought by Liverpool for £35million, will now play his football in the National League for Dagenham & Redbridge.
