READING FC youngsters Michael Olise and Danny Loader both earned international call ups this week to represent their respective countries in tournaments this summer.
Loader has been selected to represent England Under 20’s at the Toulon Tournament.
The 18-year-old striker has already racked up over 40 appearances for England youth sides having previously represented England at U16, U17, U18 and U19 level.
And he has impressed hugely for both Reading U23’s and England U19’s throughout the 2018/19, scoring eight goals in nine appearances for Reading U23’s last campaign.
Jose Gomes regularly featured Loader in the senior team as he made 21 Championship appearances throughout the 2018/19 season as he became the youngest ever Reading player to make 20 appearances for the club.
Loader scored his first senior goal for the club with a stunning strike against Middlesbrough in April, which subsequently saw him awarded with the goal of the season award as voted for by the fans.
Meanwhile, 17-year-old Olise will be representing France in next month’s Toulon Tournament and has chosen to represent France under-19’s amid interest from England and Nigeria- both of which he is also eligible to represent.

The midfielder made his debut for Reading earlier in the Championship season on 12th March in a 3-0 home defeat to Leeds United and made three more league appearances throughout the season.
