COME and sing with us, says a borough choir.
Wokingham Choral Society seeks new joiners, and invites anyone keen to try out with the music group to join them this week.
The choir meets on Thursdays, and will be rehearsing this term for its November concert of music from Handel and Bach.
This will be performed at All Saints Church, when the singers will be joined by five professional soloists, and a baroque orchestra of strings, woodwind trumpet, harpsichord and timpani.
The choir’s trial open rehearsal is at The Emmbrook Senior School this Thursday, September 11, at 7.30pm.
