Wokingham Town Football Club was back on the training pitch last week, under the watchful eye of a former Royal Marine commando.
Chris Hunt put the players and trialists through their paces at Emmbrook School on Thursday evening.
The Wokingham-based fitness instructor and phycologist is the chief inspiration officer at his Therapycise business, and he also works with Reading Rockets basketball team.
He is helping to prepare the team for their new season in the Combined Counties Premier Division North, which begins next month.
