A BOROUGH sports centre is hosting a community day to coincide with Dementia Action Week 2024.
From Monday, May 13 until Sunday, May 19, groups around the nation will be coming together to show their support and to highlight services for people with dementia and their families.
Places Leisure welcomes all to a family friendly event which will raise funds for Alzheimer’s Society.
A range of activities will be available, including stalls, Active Play and Bounce sessions, gym floor sessions, and group workouts.
The Community Day takes place at Arborfield Green Leisure Centre, on Saturday, May 18, from 10.am until 3pm.
