A SUMMER fundraiser in Waltham St Lawrence is sure to delight jazz lovers, while raising funds for a Wokingham charity.
Crisis support charity, The Cowshed, is organising an Afternoon of Jazz and Afternoon Tea, and says it will be one of this summer’s calendar highlights.
An elegant event, held in beautiful surroundings, it will include uplifting music from John Woodhouse Jazz Band, afternoon tea with sweet and savoury treats, and a glass of prosecco.
A representative from The Cowshed said: “We would love to welcome you for this relaxing and joyful afternoon.
“Every ticket purchased makes a real difference, and everyone is welcome.”
The event will include a raffle, and all proceeds from the event will help raise funds for The Cowshed’s work supporting individuals and families in crisis.
Now in its third year, the popular furndraiser has become a sell-out tradition, and with limited tickets available, people are encouraged to book early to avoid disappointment.
It will take place at Neville Hall, Waltham St Lawrence, on Saturday, July 26, from 3pm until 5pm.
Tickets cost £25 (afternoon tea and a glass of prosecco included), and free on site parking is available.
