WOKINGHAM Railway & Transport Club members can learn about railway safety at their next meeting
Members will be able to hear a talk in January, given by Cliff Perry.
Cliff will be reviewing measures to keep people safe on the railways – taking a historic look at what has worked, and what hasn’t.
His previous talk last year, was well received by the group, and to add to the interest of this evening, his talk includes a quiz.
Railway & Transport Club attracts more than 40 members, enabling men and women of all ages to share their common interest.
The group meets on the third Tuesday of the month to hear a wide range of presentations on transport topics, including heritage and steam railways, with the opportunity for refreshments and time for a chat.
The next event takes place at Wokingham Methodist Church, Bradbury Centre, on Tuesday, January 20, at 7.30pm.
Entry costs £5, including refreshments.
