In 2009, David Cliff Estate Agents was born out of a vision held by our founder, David Cliff, who began his property career at just 16.
Over time, he saw a distinct need for a different kind of estate agency – one rooted in genuine personal service, marked by honesty and integrity, principles he believed every customer deserved.
Those now deep rooted values have seen David Cliff become the trusted choice within our local community.
Today, we proudly operate from four thriving areas – Wokingham, Binfield, Mortimer and most recently, Bracknell.
We’re also honored to be the sole local member of The Guild Of Property Professionals, affording us a presence on the prestigious Park Lane in London and linking us to a vast network of over 800 respected estate agents across the UK.
Our dedication transcends mere transactions. A common phrase you’ll hear uttered around the office is ‘people over profit’ – it’s a value we’re proudly committed to; it’s the foundation of the business and because of it, we’ve become woven into the fabric of our little community.
