A COLLABORATIVE artwork created by the Wokingham Learning Disability Partnership Board (LDPB) has won the group a Community Rail Award.
LDPB, headed by CLASP Wokingham, is delighted to share with the borough that it has been awarded a ‘Community Creative Projects and Station Arts’ award at a ceremony for the Community Rail Awards in Derby.
The artwork was created to celebrate 200 years of the railway.
Debs, Anna and Donna from Optalis (adult social care and support services) and Sandy, Community Rail Line Officer Windsor to Reading travelled to Derby to receive the award.

LDPG thanks and congratulates artist Jo Werrett from Optalis Community Lives who led the collaborative piece of art, and everyone involved in the project from start to finish.
The award winning artwork is now displayed for all to see at Wokingham train station.

CLASP Wokingham is a self advocacy group run by and for people in the borough with learning disabilities.
