Chestnuts pre-school is looking to raise £1,000 to help fund buying new play equipment.
To help raise money, the Chestnuts staff will be taking part in a 10 mile walk around Dinton Pastures on Sunday, June 9.
The pre-school, based in Woosehill, Wokingham, is a registered charity and relies on fundraising to help promote their philosophy of learning through play.
Chestnuts will be celebrating its 40th birthday this year.
The crowdfunding page says: “This year Chestnuts will celebrate its 40th birthday and we are hoping to raise enough money to buy a substantial climbing frame for its garden.
“This would make a wonderful birthday present to mark our special anniversary.
“All children present and future would benefit from such a special gift. Chestnuts is a very special part of our community and we would very much appreciate your support for this.”
