A man has been arrested after a van ended up in a lake at a park in Bracknell following a police pursuit.
Officers said they initially spotted the van earlier this week after automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) cameras indicated it was displaying cloned number plates.
Police attempted to stop the vehicle, but the driver failed to pull over and continued driving through South Hill Park.
The driver then abandoned the van, which rolled into a nearby lake after the handbrake was not applied, police said.
One man was arrested on suspicion of failing to stop, dangerous driving, driving without a licence and driving without insurance.
No injuries were reported and the incident was resolved safely.
Police later recovered the van from the lake.
