Police are searching for a 23-year-old man with links to Bracknell, Epsom and Ewell.
Thames Valley Police have issued an appeal on behalf of Surrey Police as part of an ongoing manhunt for Charlie Summers, who is wanted in connection with an affray — a public order offence.
Officers describe Mr Summers as a white man, approximately 6ft 1in tall, of medium build, with shoulder-length light brown hair and a beard.
Members of the public are being urged not to approach him. Anyone who sees Mr Summers or has information that could assist the investigation is asked to contact police immediately, quoting reference PR/45250070239.
