We’re always pushing the envelope of what we can do with the brewing process. Whether it’s big imperial stouts with a variety of adjuncts or IPAs with enzymes to dry them out and leave the drinking craving more, we like to experiment. This time around, we’re pleased to be able to say that our latest brew contains the most fruit we’ve ever put in a beer.
We’ve said that a few times in the past, and every time we break the record it gets more and more exciting. This one, has over a tonne, yes… a tonne of Mango.
Introducing Send Me Sunshine, a 7.4% Massive Mango Sour!
Our first sour of the year is quite something. It’s thick, it’s super juicy and we wouldn’t be surprised if it was one or two of your five a day. At the time of writing, it’s still in tank, so we can’t even show it to you yet. When this article is published, it will just about being packaged into cans, so it’s super super fresh.

It all comes from our friend Todd, of Slim Pickens Cider & Mead in Florida. He wanted to send us some Floridian sunshine. That happened in the form of a collab, cooking up this glass of sunshine.
It’s available from Friday on our webshop and the Siren Tap Yard.
However, it’s also one of an amazing selection of beers in our 8th Anniversary Beer Festival box, available for pre-order now. The box gives you access to the online beer fest, where we’ll be recreating all the fun of a beer fest, but online. We’ll have several tracks of talks and panel discussions, beer tastings, interactive cook-a-longs and all sorts of other fun and games.
Along with Send Me Sunshine, you’ll also get 3 exclusive anniversary brews as well as many other great beers, snacks and memorabilia.

Another beer in that festival box is Squiggle, a super juicy and beautifully hoppy 4.7% Hazy Pale Ale. This was released last week and already proving a firm favourite. It’s also live on the webshop and in the Tap Yard fridges.
Lastly, squiggle was joined by the return of 7.3% California IPA, Neo Normal. Pitching between the comforting bitterness of a West Coast IPA and the smooth mouthfeel of an East Coast IPA, Neo Normal is alive with grapefruit flavours, with a beautiful full mouthfeel.
We’ll see you down the Tap Yard soon, and hopefully online for our 8th Anniversary Beer Fest – Bank holiday Friday, April 2nd.
