Four adults were issued with fixed penalty notice fines for graffiti in a Wokingham car park.
The incident at the Carnival car park saw the offenders, all aged over-18, also issued with behaviour orders that prevent them from entering the car park unless in a vehicle.
Wokingham Borough Council said graffiti costs taxpayers money to clean up, and that it works with residents, the police, and community groups to investigate and prevent such offences.
It added that CCTV footage from the car park was instrumental in identifying the offenders.
