WOKINGHAM Town Council’s free July Sunny Saturday events end with a traditional Caribbean sound.
Visitors to the third and final Sunny Saturday event of the year can enjoy the music of The Pantasy Steel Band.
Described as one of The UK’s finest steel bands, they will perform a programme of laid back Caribbean music and well known reggae covers of artists including Bob Marley and UB40.
During July, free weekend performances have been giving visitors to the town a chance to meet with friends to enjoy lunch or a drink from one of the town’s bars and cafés while listening to live music.
Outdoor seating is available, but people can bring their own chairs to sit on.
Each weekend a gazebo is raised, so that performances can go ahead whatever the weather.
The final event takes place in Peach Place, on Saturday, July 15, from 11am until 1pm.
