Passed away peacefully in the Sue Ryder Duchess of Kent Hospice on 19th June 2024, aged 45 years.
Much loved son of Andrea and the late Bryan and a dearly loved brother to Mark, Abigail and Bart. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
Funeral Service to be held at Easthampstead Park Crematorium on Wednesday 10th July at 12.30.
