More details have been revealed for the plans for a new restaurant concept in Wokingham town centre.
The team behind Rynd, which previously occupied the courtyard in Wokingham Town Hall and closed in March, had previously revealed their plans for a new concept under the Fare Eatery brand.
Last week, they confirmed Joshua Wilde as head chef.
In an email, the establishment said that Joshua has worked at some famous culinary establishments, including L’ortolan in Shinfield and Le Manoir Aux Quat Saisons, Raymond Blanc’s flagship restaurant in Oxfordshire.
“More recently, he was part of Tom Kerridge’s team at the one-Michelin star The Coach in Marlow, as well as at Tom’s flagship, the two-Michelin star The Hand & Flowers.
In an email, Fare Eatery said: “This is Josh’s favourite time of year with so many delicious ingredients available to him that all go together so well.”
No date has been revealed for the opening of Fare Eatery.
