A GROUP for people experiencing mental health issues meets regularly for a stroll in California Country Park.
Wellbeing Walk for Mental Wellbeing says its rambles are fun and relaxed, lasting up to one hour depending on the group.
People are asked to bring a bottle of water and a raincoat, and walkers receive a free hot drink afterwards.
Sponsored by Wates Residential, the sessions are provided free by Sport In Mind.
Walks begin outside Finchampstead Baptist Church every Tuesday, at 2pm.
