A Bracknell business has been awarded for its excellence in the field of IT.
Google Cloud Services Provider Ancoris was presented with the prizes for Services Company of the Year and Specialist Vendor of the Year at this year’s national UK IT Industry Awards.
The judges- who also gave two high commendation awards to Ancoris- recognised the company’s digital transformation project with its client Rentokil as a leading example of close collaboration between supplier and customer.
Ancoris worked with Rentokil to migrate 14,000 colleagues- who had previously used paper-based data capture and PDA based mobile devices- to Android-based apps that could be securely accessed.

The technology awards- which are the largest of its kind in the United Kingdom- were presented at a ceremony on November 13 at Battersea Evolution in London.
The awards celebrate the contribution of individuals, projects, organisations and technologies that have excelled in the use, development and deployment of IT in the past 12 months.
