Live music, theatre and family entertainment will take over Bracknell town centre on Saturday, September 5, as LIVE at The Lexicon returns to Bond Square, between Waitrose and M&S.
Running from 12.00pm until 8.00pm, this free outdoor event promises an exciting programme of performances for all ages, with no booking required. Simply bring a chair, relax and enjoy a fantastic day of entertainment.
As part of The Lexicon’s ninth birthday celebrations, LIVE at The Lexicon will feature a spectacular line-up of 11 acts, offering something for the whole family to enjoy. This year’s line-up includes Gimme Gimme ABBA, 21st Century Riot, The Definitive Rat Pack and more.
Sue Boor, head of marketing at The Lexicon, said: “LIVE at The Lexicon has become a real highlight of our events calendar, bringing people together to enjoy family entertainment in the heart of Bracknell.
“We’re delighted to support talented local music and theatre groups alongside performers from further afield, and we look forward to welcoming visitors for another fantastic day of live performances to round off the summer.”
Hosting the event is Sandy Grigelis, actor, singer-songwriter and frontman of vintage rock band The Boulevards. Throughout the day, Sandy will keep the atmosphere buzzing with live musical interludes, audience interaction and special guest appearances between performances.
Refreshments will be available throughout the day.
Visitors can also take part in a short survey for the chance to win one of three £25 gift cards from The Lexicon in a prize draw.
