Have you ever wondered what happens at Dinton Pastures after dark?
Join a bat walk and talk at Dinton Activity Centre on Wednesday, August 19, and discover more about one of the UK’s most fascinating native mammals.
Run in partnership with Berks & South Bucks Bat Group, the evening begins with an introduction to the bats found in the UK and how they can be detected using specialist equipment. You’ll then head out into the park to put your new skills into practice, listening and looking for bats as they emerge for their nightly hunt.
Suitable for anyone aged 12 and over, the session runs from 7.15pm until 10pm and offers a unique opportunity to experience Dinton Pastures in a completely different way.
