SOME households in Reading have woken up to no running water today.
Thames Water confirmed that RG1, RG2 and RG6 postcodes are currently either without water or are experiencing low water pressure.
Specialist engineers have been sent out to investigate the problem and will reset the company’s boosters that pump clean water to homes “as soon as possible”.
Thames Water apologised for the disruption in an update posted online and assured customers that normal water access would resume once this reset had been completed.
