A HOST of fun is planned for the Twyford Village Fete, which will be held in Stanlake Meadow on Saturday, August 18.
The afternoon event will include a display of classic cars and a BMX stunt bike show from The Savage Skills team.
A series if family-friendly races, including an egg and spoon contest, sack races and a three-legged contest will be held, while there will be live music to enjoy.
There will be a beer festival bar staffed by a team from The Duke of Wellington, while children will enjoy a Punch and Judy show, circus skills and appearances by Disney characters and farm animals.
Local groups will also have stalls to showcase their activities and raise funds.
The fun is organised by Twyford Parish Council and runs from 1pm to 5pm. Entry is free, parking costs £3.
